The design of the hotel and rooms is fine, with beautiful and surprising details like inbuilt bunks and a record player. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is great, close to trendy Cat Street and a good coffee shop. I highly recommend this hotel.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we absolutely loved the urban chic design of the rooms with double height floor-to-ceiling windows. The location between Harajuku and Ometesando was perfect for exploring on foot. The staff went out of their way to assist us and the restaurant served delicious and trendy food.

Felt completely at home, staff made sure our stay was hassle-free.

I had a fantastic stay in an ideal location, close to trendy Shibuya, Cat Street, and Harajuku. The hotel itself is brand new, with seamless check-in and check-out. The staff were really good too assist with transportation and directions. The rooms are well-designed, making the most of the small space. The whole hotel has a chic vibe, with eco-friendly products and luxurious toiletries.

The design of the hotel was fabulous, with a stylish and hip atmosphere. The rooms were beautifully appointed, with a heavenly bathrobe, complimentary candy, and local magazines to enjoy. The location was also great, situated in one of the best neighborhoods with easy access to great stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. Plus, the staff were lovely and always ready to help.

One downside was that the rooms were a bit on the small side, especially for couples. The bed and bathroom could have been a bit bigger to provide more comfort.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the exclusive amenities provided a luxurious experience. the massage service was top, notch, offering the perfect relaxation after a long day of exploring the city. the room advantages were exceptional, with modern and stylish decor creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. the on, site restaurant offered a delightful dining experience, with an extensive menu that catered to all tastes. the bar/lounge area had a chic and sophisticated ambiance, providing the perfect place to unwind with a refreshing cocktail.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of BBQ facilities. As barbecue enthusiasts, we had hoped to indulge in a scrumptious outdoor dining experience.

The hotel had a convenient location, with major subway lines nearby and in a lively shopping neighborhood.

The room we stayed in was not comfortable for a business trip. The bathroom was tiny, and there was no space to put our luggage.

This hotel is located in a quiet-ish neighborhood with plenty of lovely cafes around. The rooms are modern and clean, with a nice and clean bathroom. The staff is very helpful and sweet, and the lobby is wonderful for work or hanging out. The hotel also has a nice bar next to the reception, and there are retail shops nearby selling their own merchandise. The hotel is in a loft area, giving it a unique vibe.

The hotel is a bit far from the train station, which can be inconvenient for some guests.
